I have the brown and white interior with the white exterior on my 230 and get more compliments on it than any other boat in the marina. But then again I am 40+ and did not want a purple or green interior...
I just turned 34 and I too have the brown interior. I've had a CRAP ton of compliments on it. The dealer told me that while my boat was at his shop waiting for my XStar to sell, he had 5 or 6 customers try to buy it over the others he had in stock because they LOVED the color combos. And I can speak from experience, that the brown is 1000 times easier to keep clean over the white interior! And as for getting hot, yes, it does get hot FASTER than the white interiors...but it doesn't get MORE hot than the whites. My white seats were always getting too hot to sit on just as much as my brown ones, but the brown does get hot faster. I love the brown interiors and don't think they'll ever get old!
