    Water in the Bow???

I just got an '04 SANTE with only 40 hours on it. I have only had it out twice, but each time I have noticed that the carpet in the very front of the bow compartment is wet. There seems to be some sort of drain down there, I'm just not sure where the water is coming from. Anyone else had this problem or is it normal???

I have had this issue with the very same boat. Not sure what it is.

The drain goes to the bilge. If there's water in the bilge and you come to a stop the water can mave forward wetting the carpet. If you are trailering your boat, driving it to the lake can cause the water to move. Is the drain empty? The 210 tends to hold water in it's "V". Try stopping on a hill or the launch ramp and pull your rear drain plug.

Edit----Is the bilge empty? Not drain....

My drain piping was filled with floatation foam from the factory. The dealer had to remove the gas tank, ballast tank, and drill out the floatation foam from the drain to get it to work. Now the front stays fairly dry, before it would never dry out.

If you are saying that the water just stays up there, then this might be your problem.

thanks guys. Like I said I just got the boat and have only had it in the water 2 times. I'll keep an eye on it but you have answered my question.
