April 22 - Bring Your Boat to White Lake to Pull Shaun Murray!

Ok, check it out. A few years ago I was driving for Shaun at White Lake while he was putting on a Hyperlite clinic with Eddie Beverly. He saw all of the Nautiques at White Lake (they really are everywhere there), and he wanted to set a record for riding behind the most Nautiques in one day. Well, we're going to make that happen this year on April 22. CCF is holding their annual White Lake Reunion that day, so there will be plenty of older boats there for that (including my 1998 Ski Nautique). Our members should show up too! Let's see how many Nautiques we can get on the lake that day! I am sure that between CCF members and our members, we can fill White Lake with Nautiques, and help Shaun set the record!

I am bringing both of my boats - the 1998 Ski Nautique and the 2017 PN G23.

Jeff do you have any idea about the logistics of how this will go down?? Does he have a certain distance he needs to ski behind each boat, the logistics of transition from tow boat handle to towboat handle, owner drivers or will his driver jump from boat to boat, etc. etc.

From what I understand, there are going to be two pods of boats, one at each end of a clear run. He'll ride behind one boat from Pod A to Pod B, then grab a rope from another boat at Pod B and ride back to Pod A. Repeat until complete.

Yeah, I agree! Trying to get two boats from Mooresville to White Lake this week, and keep them clean and dry is proving difficult!
