Is this normal?

So I made a fake a lake valve today and stuck in on the lake side of the water filter, this is the first time I've ever run the boat out of the water, and I just got it back from the dealership for a major repair to the driveshaft, transmission, and hull. There is water coming out of the exhaust which I expected, but there's also water coming out right where the driveshaft enters the hull of the boat is that normal? The only thing I could think is that perhaps its water that cools the transmission...

That's normal.

Normal. Most new boats have switched to that style of coupler that is lubed by the raw water pump as well
