Also, have someone watch and see if the actuator calibrates when you cycle the power. Mine was inconsistent, never knew if would move or not...dealer said it had water in it but it never threw a code like it was shorted. I have no idea if it will move manually if the boat is not under way, auto is by GPS signal for NCRS and NSS.
Ask me how I know...J/K, my GPS puck was also replaced last season.

Thanks to everyone for their input. I was able to adjust the starboard side NSS, it was not in as far as the port side. Rode for first time of the year Saturday and the lip on the wake is way more even now!!!!!
