choosing crossover for family 211sv/216/226

Spending spring break with in laws which is giving me plenty of time to boat search and test. Have come down to these 3 boats given budget around 35k, and proximity to test and see. Of these boats which would give us the best flexibility. We want to be able to rec ski, wake and surf. Most importantly just get out and be on the water. Space for 6 and 2 dogs.
Also any big difference between 05,06,07 211's
the other boats are 03 216 and 03 226

Also if anyone has something there looking to sell with those specs in Southeast LMK

03 216 should be a direct drive and would be tight with 6+2. For a regular crew of 6+2 the 211 might get a little tight (and friends will come from time to time and not much room to expand). As for skiing, these are 3 different boats, so make sure you try them.
