    210 questions

I am considering simplifying my life a bit. I love my current 230, but I am considering looking for a 2012-2014 210 just to free up capital that I have tied up in my boat. I rarely have more than 8 people on the boat. We primarily surf, occasionally tube, and rarely ski. I am wondering how much better the surf wake is on the 230 vs the 210 max ballast and if there was a significant improvement in the 2014 hall vs the 2007 to 2013 hull. Thx

Is that with a suck gate or NSS. I have to admit I like the adjustability of NSS, but I would consider a older boat with a gate or aftermarket NSS if the results were similar.

Suckgate. Considered adding nss gates but I'm not sure they work as good.
I've compared to a local 2016 nss 210 and my surf wave is better

That wake took a lot of weight... thing would be even bigger in fresh water

The ever so slight hull tweak in 14 made HUUUUUUUUUGE improvements to the surf wake and NSS integration. I have NSS on my boat and my buddy's 14 surfs significantly better and has more minor adjustments that have an effect and can really dial in the wake . Significantly more push thang the 07-13 models. If surfing is you're priority go 14 .

compared to the 230. The pocket is bit shorter , and the lip is bit steeper , but you can adjust the lip with the Hydrogate a bit. Personally I don't think you'll be disappointed at all if you opt for the 14 and up hull.
