We filled our rear bags completely full, had a couple hundred pounds of lead to move around and zero weight up front. Push was great, wave was steep though. Tough for skimboards. NSS - 0 and NCRS - 0
After one season of messing with it, I found that rear ballast full and belly empty or maybe a little weight worked best. Then NSS and NCRS at 3. Also you can see in this link a pro using a similar setup...mentions it around 2 minute mark. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GnU23sa8ciY
