    FCT measurement question

Hey, I'm building some tower speakers, my boat is currently in storage, but should any one have a 2000-2003 FCT handy. I was wondering if you could get a measurement for me. I want to know the distance between the two main bars (run perpendicular to the flat bars where the tow point is mounted) but see my picture... I need to now figure out how I’m gonna mount them... I was thinking u-bolt, but I'm not sure if that’s gonna be enough to hold them in a solid place, or whether I need to make them (speaker canisters) long enough to go the full length so I can mount it on two points... Any input on that would be much appreciated...
    How about \"Chales\"?

I really had a hard time understanding what you were getting at, but I think I get it now. This should clear things up for anyone else who might not know what he is saying. I believe the measurement he is going for is the front to back distance of the 2 main hoops.

13" measued from front to back at the center of the top tubes, along the inside of the flat/oval bars that run front to back between the top tubes

That's on a 2000 FCT. Not all FCT are exactly the same size so you'll want to consider the measurements +/- about .5"
