Shattered Graphic Question

Is the 2014 - 15 shattered graphic decal really a thousand dollars?
Any idea how long the proprietary rules are or if there is a JPEG file available to have the graphic reproduced?

If you can get it for $1,000, that's a good deal for the real graphic. That is for both sides, though.
