I towed 4 hours 1 way (x2) for a weekend and cumberland and at Norris a couple weeks before. Tower up and cover on, with minimal bugs or debris. I do get a little concerned with the bimini on these things but it seems to hold up pretty well. I would not bother with dropping the tower as that seems to mean removing the bimini too.
