Steering question '10 SAN 210

So steering cable went. Had it replaced by dealer. They tell me they tested it and all was good. I get boat back. Going straight wheel is upside down. Nice work dealer mech. Can turn the wheel 2 full rotations to the left. All feels good, very smooth. Only 1 full rotation to the right and it bottoms out and steering feels stiff, not nearly as smooth. Before I call these yahoos back can anyone shed some light on what they did wrong when installing the new cable? Also can this be fixed in the water? We have had a very short season with terrible weather and not having my boat for any amount of time is going to suck
