My temp gauge has been reading high. Last winter I rewired the dash and it made a big difference. The gauge would read between 170 - 190 at speed then go up as high as 210 at idle. After fixing the wiring it runs at 160 and goes up to maybe 170 at idle. The grounds are the problem.
