After 3 years of non stop issues with Tige boats, I gave up on my RZX2 and bought a G23 this week. What, if any problems are people having with the G23? Thanks in advance to those that time the time to reply

welcome man, I also come from the tige forums. I don't have a g23 yet but a couple of issues with the 2017 are the prop shaft shearing in half and problems with connecting to the stereo system.

Well likely, none. You have to keep in mind that when a discussion gets started here on a particular problem and several others chime in with "I had the same problem" it's not necessarily indicative of a "nightmare everyone is having." The vast majority of people have little to no problems.
The only warranty item I had on my 2017 SANTE 230 was a failed bilge pump.
That said, I will give you the rundown of the potential issues I know of:
- Some owners have had drive shaft failures. Basically, they'll develop a vibration even though they haven't hit anything and shortly thereafter, the drive shaft will shear off between the prop and strut. Nautique is well aware of this and are working to get this resolved.
- The Polk PA4A stereo isn't really the greatest. It isn't horrible, but it can be problematic. Some people have had a lot of trouble with Bluetooth connectivity. I have the same PA4A and Bluetooth has been fine. Note that for 2018 Nautique is going with a JL Audio head unit and they have announced that they will update the LINC firmware for 2017s to be compatible with this unit.
You don't really have much to worry about. These boats come with outstanding warranties. Work with your dealer and notify them of any issues you have right away.

I had a 2002 20i from 02-09 then treated to a 2010 Z1 and have that till 2015. Sold that and ended up picking up a 2014 G23. Boat has been basically perfect except for switching the NSS when in neutral it seems to always engage both plates. So I just make sure to only switch sides when I am up on plane. The only other problem I have which continues to be a problem is buzzing through the speakers from the alternator. Other than that the boat is fantastic I can't see myself buying a different boat anytime in the near future.

Problems with Polk Audio Head unit in my 2017 G23, so far after two summers still not fixed. I can't control the audio system reliably from the touchscreen. My dealer is trying to get me a new JL unit to replace it, after various "fixes" suggested by corporate failed, but meeting resistance from corporate apparently. Unacceptable corporate attitude for a 150K boat purchase. Will not buy another.

LochNessMonster - I have definitely had some issues with the Polk head unit over these past 2 seasons, but it is the only problem that I have had with my 17 G23. All of the head unit issues I have had are with the Bluetooth connection dropping randomly (sometimes as much as 3-4 times a day). My dealer had advised me to put my phone into "Do Not Disturb" mode and that has really helped minimize the amount of Bluetooth drops I have had this summer, but certainly has not eliminated the issue. With that being said, things could be much worse. I had 3 brand new Tige's over 4 years and it was nothing but issues. 30+ service calls in those years - unacceptable.
GMLIII - What can the Polk Audio Marine app do to help with some of the these issues?

For me, no problems with bluetooth connectivity. Just unable to control head unit from touchscreen. Something to do with linc not talking to polk head unit reliably. Factory replaced polk head unit but no change. My touchscreen continually looks like its flipping between AM radio, and whatever source I have the polk head unit pointed at.
