Ok I will try NSS at 2-3 and move the 150 lbs of lead on port bow to port locker and move the 150 lbs on port pull-out bench seat to starboard locker and keep the 200 lbs under port observer seat alone. Also to note NSS on the 2017 G23 max is at 0 and not 5 but I don't know if that was the case on the 2013 G23. Thanks for your help on this

Yeah I messed around with both boards at that 12.5 speed and both struggled to hold the push . Keen and Phase 5 Ahi .
The Ahi was a Surf style board and still struggled. I need to tweak my shot bags as Nolan suggested to even the boat out more . I had 500 lbs of shot on port side with all ballasts filled which made boat unbalanced to port side
