Don't get me wrong.....I love ALL Nautiques.....but am I the only one that doesn't like what's going on with the color/gel pattern on that last pic above?? I believe Nautique is stepping back to the Future with the gel scheme and what is being used to mesh or break up the color pattern. That boat to me looks like a 1981 Hammond......lol. Or a two tone moo cow.

That's the boat I have a deposit on at the moment and I tend to agree actually. I can order another colour pattern if I want for no extra money. I'm waiting to see a side shot of it before making the final call. Here's a blue one with similar pattern from the side:

By the way, Nautique is saying they can't put a metal flake panel against another metal flake panel, even if they are the same colour. Anyone know why this is?

I think that is one of the nicest I’ve seen. Weird how the transition strip changes from perspective. In the first photo looks like it is curved but from the side it shows straight. I love the blue and white.

I mean....yeah...the shape of the boat is super cool....but that color choice kinda makes it not cool. Will it take some getting used too...I doubt it...I've been looking at these things since my first pull back in 83'. I HATED what they did with the 86' Mastercraft......losing the Stars and Stripes killed that boat....but oh well.
