G23 changes over the years?

Somebody in the know, help me out please. This is my understanding: G came out in 2013. Had troubles with spray off the bow until model year 2015. Then changes were made in 2015. 2016 then changed the hull for wakesurfing to clean up the wave. Is the prior info correct? What other changes did they make over the years to improve the boat?

Really considering one after riding this past weekend...

What years were the splash bow? Is that what they are calling the "dry ride"? What about changes for 2018?

The wet years are 2013-2015,
Seems like any info has not really dropped on the 2018 except that it has clamping board racks, Zone control stereo,taller tower and New Led package, and a stern thruster.

Probably 2019 since I just ordered a new 2018. My luck/timing is never very good.

Just to be clear, the hull change for 2016+ was solely to address spray coming into the bow/windshield at SURF SPEEDS. It does nothing to affect the wakeboard wake (or spray at speeds above surf speeds) at all.

Also, the G23 and G25 got the hull change in 2016. The G21 already had that hull design from the start.

Jeff is correct above...in a way. Yes....2016 was the year that the 23 and 25 got the "New nose" hull change to prevent the spray at surf speeds. The 21 didn't change at all but it never had the "new nose"...angles in the bow line that the 16's got. The 21 may have "already" had it....but the 21 STILL sprays plenty going into the wind at surf speeds. NOW...if the 21 had gotten the new "face/nose lift" like the 23 and 25.....it might have eliminated more spray. What I'm saying is basically the 21 has never gotten a hull change front or back since it's inception.

I'll agreed with this and have brought this up before as well, Jeff says the 21 always had the updates from the beginning but if you look at the back of the hulls specifically around the NSS plates the "16" 23 and 25 have different cuts/lines flowing into the plates and like stated never had the nose to reduce spray at surf speeds.

The warranty is 5 years or 500 hours. In 2018, that goes up to 1000 hours. I think that is a pretty awesome thing, since my boat does more than 100 hours per year.

a couple more for the list:
in 2015, the throttle changed to Drive By Wire...so much smoother.
in 2016, the rear corners of the hull were modified slightly, enhancing the surf wave, but making the wakeboard wake a bit lippier (kind of like an old 210). also, got the new helm controls (touch screen and luxury car style control dial)
in 2017, the towers were shortened by 2 inches.
in 2018, the towers were raised by 6 inches.
