    Well that spiraled out of control fast......it hurt to read that. Maybe because I have a G21 with a 409...lol. Was the question ever answered?? Man...first cool front in Texas and the winter forum wars start.

        i don't have a dog in this "war" but I did own a G21 w a 343. Surfed it for 150 hours summer of 2016 and it NEVER felt underpowered. Cant talk about wakeboarding because we didn't do it. Traded up to a G23 for the extra space, new features and adjustability of the surf wave.
