2014 Wakesetter VTX to 2017 G23 questions

Thanks Tallredrider! Honestly we will never have more than stock ballast as we are beginners so the fuel “economy” isn’t a huge deal. I believe it comes stock with a 17” prop? I don’t know anything about pitch on props. Lol. Our lake is very big, so maneuvering is only a concern in the marina...which I’m sure we will be fine. I can’t wait to get into the G this summer. It’s eating me alive not having it in my driveway!! A little cold here for that though. Honestly, one of the things I’m most excited about is the storage and the stereo compared to the VTX!! Sounds childish, but I love clear, crisp loud music and bass! Haha

Congrats on the new whip! Yes, the 550s come stock with a 17" prop. You won't be disappointed with your choice!

Hey Guntersville 230, we’ve looked at every used 2017 G they have. That one actually came in the da we went to look at ours. My wife is sold on the colours of our boat. I have a pic of it in my signature, I’m not exactly sure how to post a pic in here?

Yeah, they are big for sure. Apparently the tongue weight is less with the triple axle trailer though so towing should be a breeze.

That interior is gorgeous!! Well done! I think I read on here that the tongue weight with the triple axle trailer is
right around 200 lbs...I thought it would be wayyyyy more. Can’t wait to hook onto our G and take
it to our place in Montana!
