Unfortunately, someone falls for it or they would not exist. I have a friend who is of average intelligence who bought something off ebay, but the seller's paypal had some sort of malfunction, so they had to send the money Western Union. The $125 disappeared and the item never arrived. At least it wasn't 38K.
