Biggest difference is the Sport had an open bow and is 21ft.
There is a version of the Ski Nautique that has an open bow but you have to climb over the dash to get to it. Google Ski Nautique Open Bow and you will see the difference.

I've never heard of a packing gland doing that. I wouldn't think it would.
Can you describe the shimmy.
What you is the boat? Do you have a picture?
See the attached pic. Does the walk through look like that? Does it have the gap below the windshield. Or is it closed.

Vibration when driving is most likely a damaged prop. But could be another issue. Check the prop to see if there is visable damage but even if it looks fine it could be bent.

Does the boat shimmy when not in gear? If the shimmy happens only when in gear then it's probably the prop or shaft.
Get a new prop and check the shaft for alignment.
If you let us know how you plan to use the boat we can recommend props.

Yea I’m expecting it to just be prop I’ve got 2 a 3 blade that’s installed and a 4 blade . The guy I bought it from said the props were all mint . That was a lie . Both are in rough condition What would a replacement 3 blade price range from ?.would hate to buy a new prop tho to find out it was just alignnnet. . So this would be a 20.5 ‘ sport nautique ? . Passably an air nautique because of the tower ?
