Domed Numbers Lettering Overlay Pics

I have wanted to do something different with the lettering on our '16 G23, and ordered the Domed Numbers lettering overlay in the metallic red to match our front stripe.

I was impressed with the fit and finish. They went on easily, matched up nicely and added a new and unique look. The overlays cover the matte part of the letters, leaving an edge the color of your factory lettering. I was a little concerned about the G logo staying the factory color, but it looks fine - as there is enough of the letter edge showing that it does not look out of place.

I peeled all the backing and facing off and placed them on the existing letters. If you you don't press down you can reposition them, and on some of the letters you kind of need to work in sections. It is forgiving, and if you just take your time they look awesome.

The great part is I can take them off, or change colors, if I get tired of them for some reason. I am only out the $200 for the letters, which seems like a good deal compared to some other options. Pics:

I love Dome Numbers and I have their registration numbers on my G. I was thinking about red boat name overlay lettering over my white chromax. Great to have a visual prior to a potential purchase . Thanks for posting.

I am totally getting these for my '18 G23! They look great. I, also, had previously done the domed letters for my registration numbers. Now I will add the Super Air letters as well. Cool!

Does anyone have anymore feedback on these overlays? I really like how they look but wonder about the fading and if they would get damaged by the bumpers rubbing against the overlays while the boat is docked

After seeing these results, I think I will just do domed overlays at the stern. My boat is midnight blue and white. I have white chromax lettering over the blue, which looks great; I also have the white domed letters/numbers for my registration over the blue-again-great. At the back, my NAUTIQUE letters are white on the mystic white fiberglass, and in my opinion, are washed out. I think making those letters midnight blue will really make them pop. Opinions?

As several members have stated they are available from Dome Numbers. The stern only overlay dome lettering is $75.00 for the G series of Nautiques. I just checked their site because I didn't think you could only order the stern overlay but it is available without purchase the side overlays.

Great work! I'm impressed with how perfectly you got the overlay centered on the Chromax letters. That must have taken a bit of time and a lot of patience. Nicely done.

She just fixed the site Monday to allow for the stern letters only. I called them to inquire Monday a.m., and she immediately made the site change. They have great customer service.
