My dealer submitted a few warranty claim items to Nautique about 10 days ago. I still haven't heard back. How long does it take for Nautique corporate to decide if something is under warranty or not? A couple are small issues that should be no-brainers, and a couple that may not be so simple. Maybe that is what is taking them so long?

Care to shed more light on the issues? Curious as I have the same boat.
Response time on replacement surf switch (twice) was 2-3 weeks before I had a new one in hand. They should have sent a box of them. That was peak season in the summer time. You'd think response in mid-winter would be faster.

If it makes you feel any better I had a laundry list of warranty items to repair/replace therefore I just left my boat at the dealership last September and I still do not have it back. In Nautique's defense some of my warranty work issues were on the interior upholstery which requires the skins to be made to match my existing seat skins hence causing an extended delay in completely the warranty work

Thank you for the experience, gentlemen. It looks like I should be patient. I have her back in my garage now, I would never leave her at the dealership all winter.
It is going to make me grumpy if I suddenly get a phone call to bring it in when boating season gets into full swing. We are having some 70 degree days already! The water is probably low 40's so I am not quite in a rush to enjoy it, but the feeling is coming.

I had couple skins on my 17 GS20 replaced under warranty, used boat all season with couple tears as it took some time to get new skins in. Last replaced in December.
