It would be cool to know the location/condition/story of all 11.
It would be interesting to know the story behind all 11 Paragons. Even through those boats all have some age on them, they are still very cool and timeless boats.
One very cool aspect of this boat is that it was built in '97. That's a one-off right there.
I heard of one that sold for $60k a few years back. Guest had one. I think his was the only one made with burgundy interior? He'll pipe in soon, if he's not already on his way to GA

Below is some interesting info on the Paragon I pulled from CCFan
"In 1992 or 1993 Correct Craft produced the "PARAGON" ski Nautique. Many where SOLD over seas. The King of Jordan purchased 2 of them. Mahogany upper deak. Teak floor BEAUTIFUL boat. The hull was a DARK GREEN.
Over the next couple of years you could CUSTOM order a Paragon from CC. It was a AWESOME looking boat. Did not know till tonight that they made a RED one."
Like Scott mentioned I used to own the Wineberry one, which was the only one done in that color. The guy who bought mine had it listed for sale not long ago for close to that number, it never sold. 30-35 is the tippy top that boat will bring IMO. Teak floor was one of its best features, slalom wake was not as good as a comparable NWZ because of the added weight.
Good, I am glad I am not the only one who thinks the price on that one is way off. Glad to hear that you agree, Guest! I would love to have one of those, but I'm not going anywhere near $55K.

I thought the price was a bit high too, but I don't follow them closely. Guess he's hung up on the low hours and figured $10,000 per hour used was a good starting point!

Interesting. Never heard of that before. This listing caused some discussion over on CCF because it is claimed to be a 97, despite the NWZ (90-96) hull. That gave reason to doubt is was really a 97. Some speculated (like me) that it was a regular NWZ that someone had "paragon-ized" in 97. But based on this "new" information, maybe they kept some NWZs around, or at least the molds, and would actually build the Paragon by special order as late as 97. Some folks on CCF posted that the engine and engine cover post date the regular (93-94) build dates of the paragons, so maybe this is true about custom building for a few years. Might also answer the question about how many were built. I have heard both 11 green and 1 red and 12 green and 1 red.
Not at all familiar with them I found this old Orlando Sentinel article. Interesting they overlay mahogany over fiberglass if I understood this write up correctly.
Correct Craft calls the events that led to the development of its latest boat a Cinderella tale. A fan of classic wood boats needed a new family ski boat but wouldn't entertain any thoughts of
