    Cold-season cockpit enclosure

Although it's still on the cool side & snowing, the riding season is upon us in Utah. I worked with the good folks at Re-Vive Upholstery (Willard, Utah) on a cold-season enclosure for my 02' 210 & they knocked it out of the park! It actually has 3 different combinations that you can use since the sides are removable, so you can use all 3 parts together, just the front or just the sides. They also redid ALL my entire vinyl! Thanks Glen Combe, Julie Combe & Ky Combe for the awesome work!

Thanks! It should do a great job as that's the purpose or it.

Pretty kickass looking enclosure. Been a few times I wished I had something like that. With see thru out front, is that flexible and something that you can roll up and store in your boat, your you either have it installed when you leave the dock or not....

Infinity, thank you! It's very flexible when not in use, so it's rolled up and put away in it's storage bag that comes with it. When it is in use those, it's a snug fit so there's no flapping that occurs. Best method is to put it on in the parking lot before launching the boat, and taking it off before driving home. If your boat is moored on the water, it can also be put on while on the water, just a little more time needed.

Finally got to use my Enclosure today (air temp 58 & water temp 48), and it worked great! All the riders said they stayed warmed, before & after their sets. all the way to the back seats. Fits so snug with no flapping, and the zippered door made access to the bow to fill/empty the fatsac very easy. So stoked with it's performance.

Pretty cool idea and doesn't look that bad either. I've daydreamed about getting a fully enclosed canvas where you can be out in 40 degree weather, have the heater cranked and everyone inside is toasty. Like one big zipper in back to enter/exit. I'm sure it would be ugly, but nice to have.

I've seen those on tournament boats. Not many, but a couple and yes, they are ugly but effective. But I can tell you that with my heater running even on the lowest setting, it was plenty warm in the cockpit with just the enclosure I have. Obviously in 40 degree weather it might be a little different but who knows.
