2005 Air Nautique 216 DD Hull?

    Ok, looking for clarification.
What hull does the later versions of the 216 DD use? Like 2003 - 2007
Is it an actual TSC hull or the TWC wake hull?
    Reading some conflicting things.
Who has one? Not really looking for that model but have a chance at a good deal on one. Ski Mostly, slalom course and free skiing, 30 - 34 MPH.

216 DD Ran from 2003 - 2009, hull is definitely the TSCx (TWC was only on the Po-Airs which was a Sport/Air with a different Hull, entirely different boat). Air designation on the 216 is just graphics, all 216's used the same hull. There was some changes over it's production life, want to say the first hull was a TSC2, in 2006 the Hydrogate became available and the hull may have then been rebadged as TSC3, maybe?? Nice direct drive boat however the slalom wake won't be great, will be about equal to your 95', maybe slightly harder and the table is tough to barefoot thru, it's a big boat. Check out the brochure in the reference section for the year you are looking at for additional info.

Thanks Quinner. I did have a look at the references and best I can tell is they are TSC2 hulls.
I also compared the weights and it's only 100 lbs + - more than the 206, and I like the 206 wakes.
I'm sure with proper weighting and a prop it would be comparable.
Looking for a SNOB or 206 but they have been hard to find.
