    Which look do you like?

I removed the old "Air" decal and replaced the Nautique decal on my 2004 SANTE. I have new "air" decals but I'm thinking that I might like the cleaner Nautique only look better. Unfortunately I still have some polishing to do as you can still see where the old decal was - but it's not really that noticeable. What is everyone's opinion? Click image for larger version

Thanks for your responses. I agree on the size, but I went back with the original as the Air decal fits around it. The original setup is 2 pieces -the logo and the surrounding part. It' very easy to go back to the original if I decide to.

I like it without. I nearly removed the AIR decals from my boat this winter, but chickened out - or, didn't want to spend the time.

I went through the whole process. I know I will get grief with what I ended up with but I didn't like the clean and the just Nautique versions. Click image for larger version

Agreed tribal is terrible. I think just the "Nautique" as you have it is too small and doesn't fit the scale, I'd vote to keep the non tribal "air" or to go bigger nautique lettering... Or nothing besides the back corner, although my dealer had told me he has a harder time selling used boats without the air in that styes as I had considered going stealth on mine too. I agree that beamons looks best with just the clean sides though.

Don’t know if is available but I think if you could get the decal in White font color vs Silver, it would really Pop against your blue sides .

So does anyone have good up close pictures of how bad the ghosting is when removing the graphics on 10-15 year old boats? More than anything I want to get the tribal off my white 210 but I know the ghosting will drive me even more insane.

If you zoom in on the bottom pic you can see it. It was worse but some buffing took a lot of it out. We'll see how it looks in the summer

I didn’t notice any ghosting when I removed it from my white.
