New Nautique purchase help. New GS22 or New SAN210?

Which boat will have the best wakeboard/wake surf wake. But I do have family members that still slalom ski. I’ve been told both boats are ok for slalom skiing. I’ve owned an older 210 that I loved for wakeboarding and we had an older ski Nautique inboard for slalom skiing. I’m trying to make everyone happy.

If you still have the older Ski Nautique I would keep it for slalom skiing for sure. I would go with the larger size GS22 for more room; it has had good reviews for wakeboarding and wakesurfing

I've only demo'd the GS20 for surfing and slalom. The 210 was better for slalom (34mpg, '15 off) but the GS20 was better for surfing. I just spoke with my dealer and he said they added ballast to a GS22 over the weekend and the surf wave was close to a G. If I didn't care much about slalom it would be a GS22 hands down. More storage, more seating, and better surf wave..

Thank you for your help. I think we have decided on the GS22.

The 210 surf wave is much easier to set up and is more consistent. The GS22 wave is tricky. I can't wakeboard anymore due to old injuries so I cannot speak to the wakeboarding side of the two boats. The seating in the GS22 is great!

I've got a GS22 and love it. I surf and my wife skis and surfs. Great wave, great room and still can ski. I've actually just posted mine up for sale and new GS22 will be in next month. Can't wait for the additional ballast and trays! Both boats need it but if you have a boat load of people it's great regardless.

The 19's are available with the Pro Ballast option that adds an additional 700lbs and then storage trays that go about the bags. The 210's and 230's have had this option for a while now.

Has anyone gotten the trays for the gs22 lockers yet? I was looking at a 2020 with pro ballast and it didn’t have them.

Seems a lot of people want the trays, I am surprised nothing has come up to fill that void whether by Nautique or aftermarket.

It is weird because the option for the pro ballast says it includes trays when you look at dealers advertisements for the GS 22. Seems to be a common mistake tons of dealers are making.

On our 2014 210 we just put stuff right in on top of the bags. We don't have the trays. You just have to make sure it's not too much stuff.

Nautique included the trays in the description for pro ballast and it IS a mistake. NO GS boats have the trays. The pro ballast bags are not very tall. I put a short tote in my compartment for wet stuff. Even with ballast full it doesn’t reach the top.

cant believe someone doesnt make them. That may be one of the only things I miss from my 210 now that I have the GS22
