Yes sir. Works the best for me for the surf style surfing that I do but that's just me. Not much of a skimmer.
Just odd I have not seen this set up Generally surf style boarders like a bigger wake which is gerated when the NSS plates are fully deployed which = 0 vs actually at 5 the plates are not even deployed at all even though I stated above that they were barely deployed at 5.
Just wanted to chime in , I know the 230 is a different hull . When we surf surf style a 3 , 4 , or 5 produces steeper wave and the 0 makes it more of a mellow wave . A steep wave is good to pop off of . It's all on the person.
