    Titan towers

Changing to a Titan series II for $300 dollars you get: slightly changed rear hoop (rolled), a prop rod for the front wishbone, chrome spool and feet. The spool and feet are polished on the series I. I do not like the rear hoop on the series II as much as the rear hoop on the series I. Go to waskeside.com and view the image of a series II from behind the boat. Not worth an extra $300 to me, but that is just my opinion.

Addressing the value of the boat before and after the tower. I did ask myself before choosing a tower, which would have a higher resale value and how much higher. I knew the ND tower would have a higher resale value but I didn't think it would be $800 more. I did also consider the reviews of the Titan thoroughly and I didn't find anyone that was unhappy with their purchase. That is saying alot considering many of these people were putting the towers on them selfs, as I am.

Another advantage to Titan towers is they ship very quickly. If I wasn't clear across the country I would of had it in under 3 weeks. Instead I'm getting it in 4 weeks because of over a week for shipping. In the middle of June during one of the busiest months of the year thats impressive.

Mostly though the decision was based on $. I had $5,000 saved up and a Mastercraft Tristar. My dad said sell if you want too but you have to pay the difference between the two boats. Thats what I did I got a 94 sport and I squeezed a tower out of that $5,000 as well.

I don't know how old you are skier, but I'm assuming under 25. That's an impressive piece of busiess for a young man. You did great. Go enjoy your boat, and post some pictures enjoying the boat behind that new tower. BKH
