how much storage is there on the new 230s? do the rear lockers communicate with rear seat storage like on the GS? what is the storage like with the pro ballast option?
thanks
I'm not sure what you mean by "rear lockers communicate with rear seat storage." I assume you're saying they're all one big compartment. That is NOT the case on the 230. The rear locker storage is segmented off from the under-seat storage.
The Pro Ballast option adds a 400 pound sack on top of each rear tank. With the bags full, there's still room for several life jackets and ropes on top of the bags.
Outside of that, it's the usual under-seat storage all around.
thanks guys. yes, by communicating, I mean the rear and rear seat compartments are connected/open to each other on the GS. I can put a waterski in the rear lockers and it ends up sliding under the rear seats. pretty nice.
I assume there is no place to store a waterski on the 230?

Honestly I haven't tried but I would think it could go under the seats on the Port side. That compartment goes all the way up to the flip-up "love seat" where the batteries are.
