Stay with 14 or take plunge for new?

need some advice. I’ve been running a 14 210 brand new from dealer for past 5 years, love the boat. Kinda trying to think about the future. Not sure what a new 19 210 costs in Canada? Not certain what trade I’d get? Thinking that it’s always nice to have warranty of new etc, but at what cost.. other option is to ride mine out for long hall. I’m I bit nervous about this, as I’m not capable of fixing things on my own and it’s a pain to get to nearest dealer.

Are there any changes in 210 hull from 14-19? Does anybody know of future plans for 210 hull? I’ve also considered a g21, but not sure what $ difference is or how much better the surf wave etc would be compared to 210?

I wouldn’t sweat the small stuff. Your 14 is a great boat and if it fits your needs, keep it!

I can give a little insite, no the hull hasn't changed in 19 on 210's it'll be the same as your 14. It surely would be nice to have a new bumper to bumper warranty if you can swing the price increase. Definitely nothing wrong with riding your 210 out.... It's a great boat and wave.
The G21 wave is a lot of fun too! It's a different shape, yes it's a steeper wave but definitely fun. The g21 feels a lot bigger inside and out my recommendation is to demo both boats.
Demo a G21 and a new 210 ( back to back if possible), weight out all the pros and cons of each, write them down and see what works. If you haven't been in a g21 please ride one. Even though they are the same length the g21 feels bigger to store, tow and haul but also feels roomier on the inside.

Thanks. I’m curious to know how much more expensive a g21 is compared to a 19 210? Haven’t been able to get solid Canadian prices on either.

The ride my boat out through the long haul seems like a good option, but I’m always being told that the “extras” on the boat like surf system and other electrical issues start to fail. That’s mostly what I’m concerned about for the long haul with my 210.

If that's your main concern and your happy with everything else my recommendation is to ride out!! And just maintain and fix what's needed along the way. You'll be happy with a well maintained 210 like yours. I wouldn't sweat the wear items your concerned about.... Not even on radar. Just keep it properly maintained, will treat you right.

^^^ This. Stuff, believe it or not, is actually designed to last. It's amazing to me how people simply don't take care of stuff. Cars, boats, airplanes... Do the recommended maintenance and keep it clean, and it won't break (often).

I'm in the exact same position as you although with a 2015 model year SAN 210. I share the same concerns as you do (also have a distant dealer) and started exploring remaining 'pre-tariff' priced boats the moment the trade issues started making the news. I am pursuing a great deal on a new 2018 with the new 5 year bumper to bumper warranty and am currently trying to sell my beautiful 2015 SAN 210. If I can sell it for what I want, I will commit to the purchase of the new '18 210. If not, I am totally happy to keep my 2015 boat for years to come. I don't expect to see an opportunity like this for quite some time - the price increase in Canada for the next season is ridiculous. The 210 is the perfect boat for our family, our lake, and our budget.

For me it's all about trying to get to the best value position and getting a brand new, zero hour, 2018 SAN 210 with new 5 year bumper to bumper full warranty, new 400hp motor, new panaray helm, new mooring cover, remote surf select, and free delivery and storage while funding the smallest possible gap in cost is a good opportunity to me...but 100% dependant on getting what I want for my 2015.
