    registration #'s

I need some good looking registration numbers for my ski 196 - I was wondering
if anyone knows of a company that has a font that is very similar or exact to the
letters on the boat that says "ski 196" or "LIMITED" If I match that design/color
exactly, that would look really good.....

Just be prepared for the run-around. It took them 6 weeks to get my made. That was after no less than 5 phone calls and being told each tim they were in the shop being made. Finally found out they didn't even have the material to make mine. Once they got it, it still took a week to get it to me with overnight air delivery. I've heard the same story from a few others also.

Try http://www.lendaproducts.com ask for Dave. They can do anything you want. If the downsized pic attached is too small to see, let me know and I can email you a full size pic of the ones they did for me for my '06 196. I went with mostly red to match the primary stripe and contrast with the black stripe they are on. They would probably show up better if I had gone with the same colors as the "SKI NAUTIQUE" on the side, personally I like the red better.

I bought my registration from domed numbers last summer and got them in no time at all. They were great to deal with.

Domed Numbers are IMO the way to go. I mean if you're shelling out 50k why not splurge the $80 for some registration numbers that look good?

Put ours on the SAN the day before it was wrecked, but it looked awesome.

I think they were about 3" tall, and the font I think we got was "prototype." (it's been a year, but that seems about right.)

I'd shooot them an email though, they could probably do 6" letters.

i got mine from wakeside. they are 3". i know that the aust. rego stickers need to be at least 150mm high but that looks way too big. the first set that they sent out was 150 and when I put them on the boat it was just oversized, dominated over the main graphic. got another set sent out free as there was a typo on the product description. if u do order make sure that u specify the height that u want.

Thank you guys for all the input!!!!!!! I am going with the domed numbers. I emailed my ideas to Andy over there. I found out from nautiques jeff about the font called "neuropolitical" It matches the font for my 03 ski 196 perfectly. The font is identical to the back of the boat where it reads nautiques and the sides of the boat where it reads ski 196 and limited. I am going with the same chrome color as those letters to match. Should look good......

                            Thanks again!
