Recommended ballast settings for gs20

Hi. We're on vacation and the hotel has a gs20 but the drivers are ski boat drivers. Can you help me out and let me know what percentage ballast would give a nice crisp wake for wake to wake jumps? I'm no expert, I jump on 55 foot line. The club boat back home is a malibu 21vlx so an intermediate level wake on that is fairly big.

Just use the Wakeboard Pro setting on the touch screen and adjust the speed to your liking.

Wakeboard Pro will fill all of the ballast 100% and set the speed at 23.
