Apparently "Fully Loaded" doesn't mean what I think it means...
Now days these boats have tons of available options and I think people are too lazy to list everyone. Its just easier to say "Fully Loaded". I don't agree with this practice, but I think it does happen a lot.
I agree with Evening Shade. I have found that these are the sellers who are also too lazy to properly maintain it, as well.

The saltwater listings are even worse. Every single boat says maintained with an open checkbook. I’ve seen some real stinkers advertised as CLEAN!
I can attest to this, as I just spent the last two or three months searching, shopping, and driving all over God's country looking for a nice used ski boat. Here's a few of the things I ran across...
Boats that look beautiful in a picture are sun-faded and chalky in person.
Boats listed as "ready to sell" haven't been washed, cleaned, or even taken out of the water all summer.
Boats that are advertised with a "near-perfect" interior, are full of rips, tears, seam splits.
Boats that say they've been maintained don't run when we put it in the water.
Boats that claim to be well-maintained haven't been in the water in three or four years.
Boats that claim they come with a trailer have something that is trashed, run-down, and improperly-fitting.
Boats that are advertised with "X" number of hours turn out to have a broken hour meter.
Boats advertised with showers, heaters, Perfect Pass, etc... have a switch for those options, but the option isn't there.
The first one that was as nice as the pictures, that the seller was honest about every little imperfection, was the one I bought.
To me this is comparable to everything out there being “quality”. Lazy, descriptive words that are intended to get your attention but tend to be meaningless. I’m sure a Bayliner salesman will try to convince you it’s a quality boat.

Hey now... you can't knock Bayliner too much Our 1985 Bayliner 1950 Capri Bowrider 2.3 Volvo/Penta I/O was great! It was inexpensive, it was reliable, and my entire family learned to ski behind it. Lots of great childhood memories were made with that boat.
Yep, I have to second the stand up for Bayliner. Pretty similar to Nautique: piece of fiberglass floating in the water with an engine bolted in. Not everyone can afford or wants a Nautique.
