No they don’t cover the whole Chromax lettering . Some lettering is still exposed . It may be the lighting but it looks like the lettering has gone through a meat grinder

I would request replacements. They should not look like they do in the picture. By chance did you apply some strong cleaning agent to the Chromax lettering which may have permeated through the dome lettering causing the blistering effect?

Sorry, I could not resist......
If there were victims to this boating situation (other than pride) then I apologize to them for making a joke using the image. If anyone here knows them then I will remove it.

I use a search engine called duckduckgo and it has a feature to look for images using keywords. I found and chose that one for my quip because it showed the letters. That's all.

For me...I was just goofin' on doomed letters. Did I point out any other typos that are in fact present? No. Doomed letters tickled my funny bone so I made the joke not as pointing my finger and correcting the error. But as a joke.
CHassmann: Watch out for that lighting striking your dome!

So you’re only a jerk if you point it out and not if it irks the $&:? out if you but don’t say anything? The only ones I correct are my kids because they need to learn what bad grammar tells the rest of the world (not to mention it makes communication that much harder)
