Went to the Houston boat show over the weekend. The 2 boats that stood out was the supra and the interior of the mastercraft. The vinyl and foam on the seats are top notch, but it seems nautique has the only boat with all hinged seating. Im sorry but that is a deal breaker when you pay over 100k for a boat and the seat just falls off. Malibu lsv25 still has a couple seats not on hinges.. I mean a hinge does not cost 30k in R&D

All the seats in the X series boats, and the XStar are hinged. All the seats in the XT series are hinged as well, with the exception of the starboard bow seat in the XT21, and XT23. I don't know why they do that on those two boats. The port bow seat is a hinged gullwing seat, and the seatback on the starboard side is hinged, but not the starboard seat bottom.

Our oldest son has started showing some interest in surfing so that will give me a great excuse to play around with weight and a new board this summer.
Never messed around with lead. Not sure I would want that extra weight on my lift all the time.
