Which Boat---G23 or GS22

I looked at both models last year too. I ultimately went with the G23 so that I wouldn’t regret having less capacity and less surf wake potential for progressive riding.

My plan was to keep the boat 5+ years so I wanted a good long term boat. I couldn’t be happier with my G. Both are nice but I think you’d probably appreciate the G a bit more in the long run since you can’t really get any better (thus avoiding the boat envy down the road).

I have 2019 GS22. My understanding is that the hull is the same as prior years. I love the boat, considered G23 and loved it too, rode both boats, briefly. If you want to ski, get the GS22, it'll give you 85% of the surf wake, and a very good slalom ski wake. G23 is not good for slalom.
