This happens almost every year. A couple dealers tell a few people something that ends up on the forums or worse yet Facebook and then a few more run with it. Regardless of whether it’s true or not (in most cases it’s not). Everyone wants to think that the dealers know everything but my experience, with 4 different dealers, is that they can be just as ignorant as the general public. Go talk to dealers at a boat show and you realize fast that some have no clue what they are talking about.

Not that it matters and some will choose not to believe but there has been no Hull or NSS change to the GS24 for 2019. If Nautique had changed the hull or NSS and made a better wake or wave, I guarantee they would be telling everyone that would listen. Especially on the GS line.

there are many posts on various platforms where people are insisting the 24 had a hull change. I think we would hear about it here.
        i am curious.
i even read a post where a person stated they are changing the hull on the 2020 gs20 and gs22.
i sure hope not, seeing i have a '19 gs22 that hasn't left the dealer yet

And they're all wrong. There were NO CHANGES to any hulls on the GS line. Same for the G, same for the 2x0. No changes. I think this "change to the NSS plate" is also just wishful thinking.

N3 Boatworks has a really nice looking '19 GS24. I feel like if you messaged them on FB or Insta they would shoot you straight about actual wake performance.
Are they "manipulating the surf system differently on this boat" or maybe their is a newer nss that is starting to be put on the nautique boats starting with the gs24? if we even know for sure it is happening...

Question: Does ceasing production for 2020 count as a hull change...sorry, bad joke.

Was that a typo? Did you mean cease claiming production of GS24?

It comes a no surprise to me that there is very little information on the GS24. In fact, I'm surprised Nautique's market research team found a demand for such a boat. It seems that the market niche for a 24' crossover boat would be VERY small. Most people in the market for a crossover boat don't want a big party barge and the people who want a big party barge don't give a rip about skiing. So when we have a GS20 and GS22 for the crossover crowd and a 230, G21, G23, and G25 for the party barge surf crowd to choose from it makes the GS24 seem irrelevant to me. At least from a market niche standpoint.

I won't be surprised at all if the GS24 gets dropped from the Nautique line up.

No this was only a joke. Just trying to create some kind of exciting on the forum going into the last 4 weeks or so of winter. No big news has occurred since there has been a slow down of shaft break posts from G owners on the forum

I was totally joking as well. Remember a year ago when we said the only boat that pebble and GoPro fully worked on was the GS24?

Does anyone know production numbers per year / per model?

How about compared to other manufacturers?

I feel like that would be interesting.
