That’s correct, the foam jackets are much cooler and actually don’t stick to them like the neoprene does. Make sure you get one with a low cut zipper in the front too so it does not ride up on their face.

I’m a bit overkill but I bought an icy breeze when our grand daughter is with us .

Keep her in the shade , and would turn it on when sitting sill and blow on her .
