Used these over the 4th of July on a friends Ri and they were really nice. I’m also not a fan of the triton and actively avoided them on the current boat but would definitely like to pick up some of these. Unfortunately they don’t seem to be available retail...

My buddy has them on his fi25 and honestly neither one of us are big fans when it comes to them and surf boards. The pins to release the rotation are hard to pull up to release and hard to get to go down to latch. On top of that they are made difficult to get to when you have surf boards in the rack because the boards are horizontal vs vertical like on the current rack nautique uses. When the racks are in for docking and you are ready to release them to go out it can be a pain to reach the pin. Especially with a boat full of people. That also means that the boards stick way out when out and way in when pulled in to dock.
The ladies also have a hard time pulling the bungee loaded arm out to strap the boards in. That just means that we get to be gentlemen and do it for them! We miss the old clamp style racks from his 2018 centurion.

They look nice and I love all the CNC work but $4K all in with tax this is a serious investment that better be perfect. Coming from a MasterCraft I may be a bit jaded but their clamping racks while by no means perfect were as good as I've seen on the market today. I owned an 07 X2 10 years with them and they worked flawlessly for me the whole time. Was also able to get all but the thickest surfboards in them.
As much as I'd like to upgrade to something like this the "juice just isn't worth the squeeze" for me on these.

I sent an email and also got the “undeliverable” message. I then sent a message through their contact form on the website. I sent it Saturday (48 hours ago) and have not yet heard back. I will update if I get a reply.
