Skylons rack is a direct rip off of the Roswell Triton with a few little tweaks. I believe they may be under a bit of pressure with Patent infringements ect...

I love the new PTM surf racks! They also have the best customer service in the Marine industry! Definitely stand behind their product!! I could possibly get a 10 or maybe 20% discount code for the clamping board racks if anyone would be interested.

DWhitt if you're having trouble pulling up or pushing down the swivel pin on your Mag Swivels, try applying pressure on the rack toward the bow of the boat each time. Roswell has rubber dampening pads in the swivel to eliminate vibration during use and these need to be compressed to allow the pin to be be removed/entered easily. I hope this helps.

Just got my new mag swivels and triton racks installed. One of the pins on my mag swivels didn’t move smoothly, even with rotational pressure on the rack, but I oiled it a bit and it worked flawlessly.

As an aside, either my factory installer or the prior owner of my boat was a sadist with the red loctite. I broke 3 of the bolts on removal of the factory swivels. One I eventually got loose by heating with a blow torch, and the other 2 I had to drill out and re-tap. I installed the new swivels with blue loctite in case I ever need to disassemble again.

I had issues with my mag swivels as well with the Roswell Triton racks . I could not get the pin to engage correctly in the locked position. Only after I figured you had to push the heck out of the Triton rack outward to engage the pin correctly . Once I figured this out , they are simple to open out or swing in
