Yeah you will just have to purchase the Surf Select module 3.0 to replace the 2.0 module. Your 2017 boat has the 2.0 module. The module is located in your starboard stern locker. Charles can add but that module is +/- 350.00

I don’t get this fad. Someone help me here. SeaDek is to walk on. So why is it becoming a thing to spend money wrapping one’s cooler with it? I’m perplexed? Are rich people that bored or confused?

I’m done with those under the floor coolers . I have a 2017 G and took out the igloo cooler because it is a pain to put in and remove . In it’s place I just take a small rolling cooler which will fit into the under the floor cooler area . So much simpler and easier to manage

Watching an N3 Boatworks video they made mention that the rear storage area openings are a little smaller than previous year due to the new rear facing seats. Has anyone been able to see if it affects getting surf boards in the back? I know on my 19 G21 if it was even an inch smaller opening it might be tricky to get boards in there. Any idea how much smaller the opening is?

My opinion: Most rich people are smart....Not all, but most. But, most rich people that buy Nautiques are stupid. Not all, but most.

I heard that several G23 owners have slipped and had nasty falls when the cooler bin lid was left open and someone stepped on the cooler directly. So to cover their liability, Nautique opted to cover the cooler in non-skid Sea Dek.

I cover my car and dog in seadek personally. Thinking about ripping up my hardwood.

What interests me about this new cooler is that it appears to have a drain. I agree the old standard cooler is tough to get out of the area when it is full of water. In addition, a better cooler that will hold ice longer is a plus. Having it all match the boat seadek is nice but not necessary.

Great idea. "I heard that several G23 owners..." who boat with their dogs "...have slipped and had nasty falls when..." they accidentally stepped on the dog. "So to cover their liability, Nautique opted to cover.." boat owners dogs"...in non-skid Sea Dek."

I think the challenge is that their is no toilet for the dog on the boat. So after a while the dog wanders around looking for a place to (well you know), and then people inadvertently step on the dog, and fall.

Come on!!!! Poor people are bored and confused all the time....LOL. How do you think they become "rich". They don't have anything to do on the weekends. They see their neighbor's shiny new G23....with the SeaDeck on the cooler and say "Babe.....let's get one of those...with the cooler" "Yeah babe. Let's call your parents....cash in our 401...and take out loan...Babe" yah....But seriously....PapaBear hit it on the head. Someone out there must have slipped on the exposed...probably wet cooler top and ate ****. Personally...I think it looks pretty cool on the cooler top....but mine came with a soft Igloo bag with a Nautique logo...so what do I know.

Dude, the very fact you own a Nautique makes you in the upper 5% of wealth in the world. Even if it is an old Nautique you can afford to fuel it.

That being said, when it comes to a luxury item like a boat, Nautique owners tend to like the “cool, expensive, and not always required extras more that might make sense to most”. You probably for that too,
