    211 Slalom

One of my water ski partners is considering getting a 211. He currently skies on my 206.

My question is that if he gets one, will we be able to open water slalom ski on his from time to time without the wake causing us big problems. We ski at 36 mph at 22 or 28 off (will do more off if it helps the wake)?

This is a real try before you buy situation. I don't mind the wake on the 211 but I am quite "big wake tolerant". After skiing behind a buddies 216 all last week I am not all that excited to get back behind the 211. Don't even think of skiing at 22off behind a 211 unless you are a real glutton for punishment. The wake at 34mph/28off is very flat - therefore my typical setup.

So 36mph@28 off should be ok?

      We'll definitely demo 1st.

36@28off should be pretty close to any pre TSC boat. one more thing it's a mutha to drive through the course with the pylon so far back, I got deep at 5 ball and pulled the rear end right over one of the gates.
