    GS 22 prop clearance

Anyone have their gs22 out of the water on a trailer right now? Upgrading the prop from the stock 1235. Have 700# of lead and pro ballast... 6 people in the boat and it’s slow to plane for wake boarding, ZR409. I need the distance measured between the end of the blade on the prop and the bottom of the hull. Aka prop clearance. Thanks in advance!

I can measure it tomorrow. I have a ‘19 gs22 and I can tell you it’s a lot. I was surprised how much clearance there is. A 15” prop will easily fit. Which prop are you looking at?

I remember glancing at mine and thinking the same, just need the actual measurement. The guys at acme always get me hooked up right, and will need the measurement. Not sure, I’ll post their suggestion .thanks in advance!

        i can measure later today.
what prop are you looking at going to?
I will have to do some testing on my boat as well. I am at high altitude, but also have the H6 this year.

Let us know what prop you go with.

How is the GS22 wakeboard wake? Is it as good or better than the 210?

What is the prop you have for stock on your 22? Might be different between the ZR AND H6. I don’t know my prop options yet, once I call acme with the measurements, I’ll have the options they recommend.

H6 has the 1235 and I will be home in a couple hours to get that measurement. Sorry 5am came to early this morning.

I come up with 3.125" clearance. I may look at different 15" props, depending on how the H6 does at 5000' ele.

Thanks! I suggest you call acme and give them what you want the boat to do, weight, etc. they are very good at what they do
