    Tungsten vs. Frost Interior

We are starting to think towards our next G23. We love our current boat, with its all white interior, but may want to change it up.

Those that have experience with Frost Gray, is it gray enough that it isn't white? Easy to keep clean?

With Tungsten gray vinyl, does it get too hot or have any other issues?

We have frost grey, but not sure if it is any easier to keep clean. I love the all Grey look, but think it sounds like it will be hot comparably.

That looks awesome, but really close to white. I love a clean white interior.

      Anyone have the Tungsten vinyl?

the frost grey is really light. i thought it was white at first, but when it is next to mystic white, it is noticeably darker. have had it on by my gs boats

Frost is currently the number one ordered interior color on new Nautiques for 2019. Keep in mind, that dealers order the majority of the boats for the floor and it's a newer color so they will put lots of it out there. As for Tungsten, I have done a test between Tungsten and Mystic in the sun with 80 degree ambient temps; it was around 25 to 35 degrees hotter than white. Frost was only a couple of degrees warmer than white.

I like Frost as it looks white when it's by itself but next to white you can really see the difference. I still love basic white interiors with accent colors as they will always be classic and never go out of style.

I saw someone with Tungsten interior yesterday and asked how hot it gets. He said that if you sit on a Tungsten part you know it pretty quickly, and that they will throw water on it at times to cool it down.

People have mentioed that any color gets hot - I have to disagree. We have all white and have never had a seat that is uncomfortable to sit on in 3 seasons. We get the heat here - upper 90's and into the 100's sometimes and really low humidity.

We have Tungsten in Texas and haven’t had any problems with it. Everything gets hot here, not sure if the grey is much different if any than white.
