I know no two stains are the same. But does anyone have any advice for getting this out? Do you think letting the sun hit it will break it up?

I have some of that on my red vinyl. It is in the vinyl either from staining or mold behind the material or in the material. The white vinyl adjacent doesn't have any visible signs of this.
My boat is now 16 years old, I just live with it. However, it is not as noticeable as your situation.
