6,000 Sunstream FloatLift

So, after the other recent FloatLift thread came up, literally the next day I found an FL6012 for an absolute STEAL at a lake about three hours away. This was a get in the truck and go get it NOW kind of deal. Brought this home on Saturday and dropped it in the water!

Too small to hold the G unfortunately, but the Ski Nautique will be a great fit!

Nice! And it came with a canopy too? Pm me with what you paid if you don’t want to say on this thread. I’m super curious. I can relate to the get in the truck kind of deal. I just did the same thing with a Poly Lift. $2,900 for mine and it came with a $500 dock box as well as $300 worth of fenders.

Finally moved the lift around today so that I could actually use it. I put the windshieldless wonder project boat on the lift for testing (please excuse the scum on this boat as it has been sitting in the water for a couple of weeks without being cleaned). Looks like the lift is going to work just fine for the Ski Nautique. No way it'll lift a G, but at least I have something for the Ski Nautique now.

Our dock people were supposed to move the two poles about three feet further from the dock so that the FloatLift can operate in that space, but they never showed up to do the work. For now, I just have it tied to the poles and anchored on the other side to keep it from hitting the poles. The Water Carpet allows us to access the boat/lift without getting too wet.
