2006 Super Air Nautique Prices

So i have a 2006 210te and I'm thinking of selling soon. I have been watching the prices and they seem to be all over the place. I've seen them in the low 20s all the way up to high 30s. Nata guide value is about 27k. I want to get some opinions as to what is a fair price. I love this boat but my family got bigger so i need little more space and storage. The market seems to be pretty good right now.

2006 Super Air Nautique 210 TE
winterized and wrapped every season.
White and Blue interior and exterior.
Interior is in good shape except some tears on the back of the sun pad.
Exterior is in good to fair shape with just a few minor scuffs.
under tower biminy and two full boat covers. one covers the deck.
jump seat
heater
2 new battery last season
new steering cable
2 props
new rudder and shaft
tandem ram line trailer in fair condition.
New interior speakers- wet sounds sw650w's with a new Jl 600/6 amp
original tower cans with new polk mm651um's running on the original amp along with the original sub.
750 hours...no issues
i have most of the service history on the boat as the marina has done all the work and maintenance.

IMO, based on your description, I'd say NADA is close or maybe a tad generous in your case. You only have about another 2-4 weeks of a seller's market. If you honestly want to move it, price it right. Upholstery tears are a pretty big turn off for most people unless the boat is otherwise perfect or well discounted and it doesn't seem you have time to get it repaired and on the market before the market cools.
