    Best Seller 211

Ok guys, I have read here that perhaps the best seller for Correct Craft is the 211. As the WAY proud owner of one, I can understand why that would be. But I could be a little jaded. I'm here in Dallas and I have to be honest, on the lakes and rivers we frequent most often, I have only seen one other 211. This is 210 country. Jane at Buxtons assures me they sell all they order, but I have no Idea where these boats go.
The question is : Why do you think the 211 is such a great seller for C.C. ? I already know the answer, but I would like to hear some other thoughts. Dee

i heard the 211 took cc by surprise.. they didnt expect the 211 to sell as well as it currently doing.

depends on what you are looking for..the 210 is a great boat but it has a very, very steep wake and is a little smaller and the 211 is a little bigger all around boat (not as steep wake)

I think it's a combination of layout, wake and the little thing CC does when making a boat. I always hear, this or that's cool and I wish my boat had things like that." Everyone likes the transom walkthrough once they've been on the boat for a day, the access door in the bow walkthrough, the seat extension behind the driver's seat that lets you recline while watching someone, transom cutouts that you sit on (making it easier to put on a board), removable rear seat, snap out carpet, and of course the WB wake (ski wake leaves wanting more). Funny how several of the things that my wife initially hated about the boat are now her favorites.

In my humble opinion, nothing on the market compares to all around design, functionality and performance of the 211. The big platform, walkthrough and the interior layout rocks! We were also pleased to find how smooth the 211 boat rides in choppy waters. We were not planning on buying new, but once we discovered the 211, we just had to have it. It was S-T-R-E-T-C-H the boat budget time! I only wish the slalom wake was better. Was spoiled skiing behind my brother in-law's 196. On the flip side, the kids like the wake for tubing, wakeboarding and wakeskating. Have not seen another 211 on the lakes in MN.

When I was boat shopping a year ago, the CC dealer told me his best sellers were the 210 and 211, which were roughly equal, as I recall.

I have a 211 and I love it. Deester, I often ask myself the same question as you asked in this post.

My guess is that it is a really good all around boat that has something to offer for everyone.

I have to admit that I don't know why the 211 doesn't get more attention. You very rarely see the boat come up in topics on the other websites (wakeworld, wakeboarder, etc.).

              Deester -

My family got a 211 from Buxton in '05. We're over in Ft Worth though riding out west of Ft Worth on a few lakes and the Brazos. That's probably why you don't see us.

We got it because its a good all around or "crossover" boat. We can really do whatever we want. It's not superb for anything in particular, but does a good job with everything.

Kahuna : We love ours, and I hadnt even thought about not seeing it in topics on other websites, but your right. I think a great boat is
                being overlooked here.

BP : Hope to seeya out sometime.

Nauti211 : your correct, the layout and walkthrough is what my wife loves about ours also.

Thanks to everyone for imput on the 211. It doesnt take much to get me to talking about mine.

**** 211 owners!! jkjk dee, i think you see them at the river because we are all about the wake and not the comfort.....but our boats barely hit the lakes in the metroplex......plus when we are on the boat we wakeboard and take our breaks on the lot. Coming from the vlx, I thought space was going to be big issue but it hasnt bothered me at all, but it is probably due to small crews and we dont hang out in the boat........i am still working on a lot for ya, just nothing has come up....see ya at the river.

hi all, first post, just got my 06 211te first week june and couldn't be happier. our little group has 9 riders from new to pro( i also have a wife and 3 kids) A friend of ours bought a x-2 same age as mine. My boat rolled 52 hours wed. night, his 14. everyone loves riding in/behind the 211 and watching from the x-2. my wife and kids are more about the casual boating and love it too ( most importantly of course).the skiing isn't tournament grade but at 32 its respectable( brothers got a 93 dx2 sanger for the hardcores)
